Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in Ventura, CA
Photos of the inside of a duct are not especially glamorous. But they are honest. We show homeowners in Ventura exactly what we found, what we removed, and what the same section looked like when we finished. No stock images, no exaggerated promises. Just the actual condition of the air system in your house, documented before and after the work. Seeing that transformation matters more than any claim we could make about it.

Return Duct in a 1987 East Ventura Home
Before
AfterThis homeowner called us because one bedroom never seemed to get warm in winter. The return duct running through the crawlspace was pulling air through a thirty-year accumulation of dust, pet hair, and what looked like the remains of a rodent nest. Marcus Veale ran negative-pressure extraction with a Rotobrush agitating brush, then bagged just over four pounds of debris out of a single run. The bedroom warmed up within two days, and the musty smell that had hung around the hallway disappeared with it.
Supply Registers Coated with Construction Dust, Midtown Ventura
Before
AfterThe previous owners of this Midtown house had refinished the floors and repainted before selling, but nobody bothered to clean the ducts afterward. Every register on the second floor was blowing a fine white film onto the furniture. We sealed off each vent, scrubbed the boots by hand, and then ran full negative-pressure extraction through the trunk line to pull out the loose drywall dust. The after photo shows the same register you would want air blowing through in your own house.
Dryer Vent Lint Trap Bypass, Ventura Keys
Before
AfterThis dryer vent had not been cleaned since the house was built in 1999. The lint trap bypass is where lint gets past the dryer’s own filter and packs into the pipe, and in this case it had compressed into a plug thick enough to stop a screwdriver. We ran a rotary brush through the full run to the exterior termination, then verified airflow with a manometer. The dryer now finishes a load in roughly half the time it was taking, and the exhaust cap outside actually moves when the dryer runs.
Bathroom Exhaust Duct with Mold on the Interior Lining, Ondulando

A tenant in this Ondulando rental reported a musty odor every time the bathroom fan ran. When we opened the vent, the interior of the flex duct was spotted with the kind of growth you get when warm, humid air hits a cold duct in a coastal climate. We removed the contaminated section, replaced it, and cleaned the remaining run with a HEPA-filtered negative air machine. We also found the damper at the roof cap had been painted shut during a previous exterior repaint, which is what trapped the moisture in the first place.
Main Trunk Line with Vermin Droppings, Saticoy

Every fall, rats in Ventura look for somewhere dry to nest, and a crawlspace duct with a loose seam is an open invitation. This Saticoy homeowner heard scratching under the house at night, and when we opened the trunk line we found the evidence: droppings, chewed insulation, and a nest the size of a shoebox. We removed the debris, cleaned and sanitized the entire run, and sealed the seam that let them in. We were clear with the homeowner that the cleaning solves the contamination, but they would need pest exclusion to keep the problem from returning. The after photo shows why you should not ignore what you cannot see.
Return Plenum in a 1965 Pierpont Beach House

Living a block from the sand does things to an air system that inland homes never see. This Pierpont Beach return plenum had collected a mix of beach sand and a salty film that was beginning to pit the sheet metal. The coastal air also means more moisture in the ductwork, which is why we recommend cleaning every three to four years out here rather than the five to seven that works inland. We cleaned the plenum, treated the surface rust, and put a filter upgrade in the return grille. The after photo shows the difference clearly enough that the homeowner said, and I am quoting loosely, that he was embarrassed to have been breathing through it.
