Meet the Ventura Team Behind Linden Air Duct Ventura

We’re a small crew, and we like it that way. When you call Linden Air Duct Ventura, you’ll get one of the people below, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. We’ve been serving homes in Ventura since 2004 as part of the Threshold Group family, and the same faces tend to show up year after year. Marcus Veale owns this location and still runs calls alongside the crew. You’ll see him with a flashlight in one hand and a shop vac hose in the other more often than you’ll see him behind a desk.

Marcus Veale, Owner

Marcus started with air ducts in 2004 right here in Ventura, and he’s never seen a reason to leave. He’s the one who answers the phone on a Saturday morning and the one who’ll walk you through exactly what he found in your return plenum before quoting a thing. He’s Rotobrush-certified and has spent two decades pulling everything from pet hair to one very flat, very surprised tennis ball out of local ductwork. His rule is simple: the price is in writing before any work starts, and he doesn’t budge from it. Marcus lives in midtown Ventura with his wife and two kids, and he still gets a little too excited about a properly sealed duct joint.

Daniel R., Lead Technician

Daniel has been with Linden Air Duct Ventura for eleven years. He’s our negative-pressure extraction specialist, the guy who runs the Rotobrush system and knows every access point in homes from East Ventura to the Avenues. Daniel handles the residential jobs with complicated duct layouts, the crawlspaces that make other techs sigh, and the repairs that need a steady hand. He’s also our dryer vent lead, which means he’s seen enough lint bypass situations to write a book. Off the clock, Daniel maintains a 1972 Ford pickup that has never once been spotted with a clean dashboard.

Elena S., Senior Installer

Elena joined the crew six years ago and handles the majority of our air duct repair work in Ventura. She’s our specialist in sealing leaky returns, repairing crushed flex runs, and replacing damaged duct sections without making a mess of the hallway. Elena holds a Nikro equipment certification and has a reputation for leaving a jobsite cleaner than she found it, which homeowners mention in reviews more than anything else. She grew up in Oxnard and knows the coastal humidity’s effect on older ductwork better than most. On weekends she’s usually surf fishing off the Ventura Pier with her brother.

Tommy M., Service Coordinator

Tommy is the voice on the phone, and he’s been with us for four years. He schedules every visit, sends the technician’s name and photo before each appointment, and makes sure the written price is in your hands before anyone touches a tool. Tommy came from a background in property management, so he understands what homeowners and landlords need from a service call. He lives in Saticoy and commutes to our Ventura shop daily. His particular talent is dispatching the right tech to the right job, and he’s been known to remember a customer’s dog’s name from a single call.

Nate K., Apprentice

Nate is our newest hire, nine months in, and he’s already earning his keep. He shadows Daniel and Elena on residential jobs, handles filter inventories, and runs the camera through ductwork so you can see exactly what’s in there before and after cleaning. Nate is working through his Rotobrush training and pulls his weight on every extraction job. He’s a Ventura native, graduated from Buena High, and wants to be running his own crew one day. In the meantime, he’s the reason your ducts get photographed from every angle, so you can see the before-and-after for yourself.
